We are a truly international team and proud to play a central role in securing the electricity supply for Europe. As one of the leading Regional Coordination Centre (RCC), we and our partners, provide integrated services to 16 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) and their control centers in 12 European countries. Our network security assessment and capacity calculation procedures, play an incremental role in securing the operational security of the European power system every hour of the day, around the clock.

This is what your day will look like
- Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of our applications
- Design end-to-end technical solutions based on business requirements
- Work across the full software development lifecycle - from design to production
- Ensure smooth integration between systems, services, and UI layers
- Collaborate closer with product owners, architects, business analysts and engineers
- Support deployment, troubleshooting and production operations
You come with
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering
- 5+ years proven experience in fullstack development
- 3+ years strong backend experience (at least Java / Java EE, Python)
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational DB design
- Proficiency in modern backend and frontend framework(s)
- Strong grasp of APIs, databases, and web technologies (React / Angular)
- Practical experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile practices, and build automation tools (Maven, Gradle) and IaaC (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, Helm...)
- A problem-solving mindset and holistic technical understanding
- Experience in TDD (Test-Driven Development), understanding of SOLID principles, and clean code development
- Ability to mentor junior developers and perform code reviews
- Technical leadership skills, with proven experience in advising dev teams
- Strong expertise in modern, cloud-native, and microservice architectures
- A track record of designing and implementing maintainable, scalable, service-oriented future-proof systems
- Motivation and enthusiasm to set up and work with modern software development methods, thus making cultural impact - shaping how we build software for the next decade
