How we hire

This is what you can expect

We can’t wait to meet you! We want to make sure that you get a good experience getting to know us and so we have designed our application process accordingly. Successful applicants will go through a process which includes a discovery call, video interview and a business case interview, preferred personal on site in our office in Munich or remote, depending on your location. We are investing time and energy, while being appreciative of your time and energy too – you will hear from us very soon – we promise!

Submit your application

Search for a position that matches your skill set and ambitions and submit your online application by providing your CV and further details. Alternatively, if you think you would be a great fit for TSCNET Services, but you can’t find a suitable vacancy at the moment, please submit a speculative application and we will review potential future opportunities for you.

Discovery call

If your application is a match to the role you have applied for you will be first speaking with a member of the People & Culture team or the hiring manager, either by phone or video call. As well as giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have, we will discuss your experience and your motivation for working at TSCNET.


Following the call, you will receive feedback as soon as possible and if you did well, we will arrange a video call/or on-site interview with the hiring manager and a member of the People & Culture team. In this interview we we’ll be able to answer more specific questions you might have about the role and TSCNET working approach and culture. You will participate in a competency-based interview where we will ask questions about real life scenarios you have dealt with as well as discussing your background skills in more details.

Business Case Interview

A final step of our interview process will be a Business Case interview on site or remote, depending on your location, with the hiring manager and a team member. The Business Case exercise reflects potential real-life challenges and will be provided to you in advance to the scheduled interview. You will be asked to present the Business Case within the interview which is typically scheduled for up to 2hrs. If you have the opportunity to come to Munich in person, you will also have the chance to meet the team and to get to know the TSCNET offices and the working environment.

Interview feedback and offer

Once you have completed the final stage of the application process, a member of the People & Culture team will contact you as soon as possible with either an offer or some feedback on how you did.

Interview preparation

Be well prepared: Before the interview go deeper into the requirements of the job you applied for. Think about your experience, your motivation and your career goals. Ask yourself: Why am I a good fit for this role?

Be curious: Have a careful look at our website, read about our business and our values.
Write down the questions you would like to ask during the interview.

Do I need to speak German to work at TSCNET?
English is our company language. However for some positions the knowledge of the German language might be beneficial / needed. The details about the requirements can be found in each job advertisement.
