As one of the leading Regional Coordination Centre (RCCs), we and our partners, provide integrated services to 16 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) and their control centers in 12 European countries. Our network security assessment and capacity calculation procedures, play an incremental role in securing the operational security of the European power system every hour of the day, around the clock.

This is what your day will look like
- Drive improvements in data quality through analysis and collaboration
- Continuously improve TSCNET’s service portfolio on the basis of more accurate forecast data and enhanced visualisation
- Specify, implement and use different monitoring solutions to improve services
- Analyse the quality of the UCTE / CGMES power grid models using load flow tools and scripts
- Provide technical support and consultancy to our customers for the implementation
- of improvements in their grid models (for both UCT and CGMES)
- Coordinates and continuously improves the stakeholder reporting based on customer requests
- Assesses the quality of services by performing regular reporting activities towards internal and external stakeholders
- Support the integration of new services and tools in the daily operational business
- Respond to ad-hoc analyses requests and reported issues
You come with
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in the energy business
- Strong knowledge of grid fundamentals, power system grid modelling, data formats (e.g. UCTE DEF, CIM/CGMES) and load-flow analysis (e.g. PowerFactory, PandaPower, PowSyBl)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, plotly, PowerBI) and data processing (e.g., pandas, NumPy) is an advantage
- Experience with requirements engineering, quality management, data quality management or incident/problem management is an advantage
- Proven experience with Python programming language
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and strong willingness to learn new tools and engineering methods
- Dedication to quality and customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
