As one of the leading Regional Coordination Centre (RCCs), we and our partners, provide integrated services to 16 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) and their control centers in 12 European countries. Our network security assessment and capacity calculation procedures, play an incremental role in securing the operational security of the European power system every hour of the day, around the clock.

This is what your day will look like

  • Support and/or deliver new data analyses in the OSIsoft PI system based on the defined uses cases for reports, dashboards and visualisations
  • Build and operate Python scripts and workflows for data ingestion from various sources
  • Continuous documentation of data management related solutions and processes
  • Realise new visualisation dashboards andmaintainthe existing ones
  • Realise new data interfaces in OSIsoft PI system
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency by applying automated monitoring solutions
  • Maintain and develop the OSIsoft PI system’s database structure
  • Support and/or delivernewETL/ELT pipelines within a modern data architecture
  • Ensure performance, security, and availability of datasets
  • Respond to ad-hoc analyses requests and reported issues

You come with

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics
  • yearof experience or specific education in a Data Analysor Data Engineering role
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL
  • Experience in modularizing Python scripts, including creating functions, modules, and packages.
  • Experience with handling and visualizing large amount of datasets
  • Basic understanding of modern database concepts and knowledge of DBT, Airflow and PySpark
  • Knowledge of the OSIsoft PI system is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of power systems and related data formats is an advantage
  • Strong willingness to learn
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
