We are a truly international team and proud to play a central role in securing the electricity supply for Europe. As one of the leading Regional Coordination Centre (RCCs), we and our partners, provide integrated services to 16 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) and their control centers in 12 European countries. Our network security assessment and capacity calculation procedures, play an incremental role in securing the operational security of the European power system every hour of the day, around the clock.

This is what your day will look like
- Be an active member of the team Engineering and support with the relevant activities as described below
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders (projects and line organization), customers and international business partners to develop regional coordination services and new concepts and methodologies in the field of power system operation, supported by the findings of studies and proof-of-concepts that are based on customer data
- Conduct technical studies and proof-of-concepts for new services using customer data in the field of power system operation
- Develop and document service-related business processes
- Define, document and maintain business requirements as an input for (software) application development
- Explore and understand the structure of the data models used in the relevant services and development activities
You come with
- Ongoing studies in the field of (Electrical) Engineering or Power Systems or similar
- Good understanding of the power system fundamentals and operation, EU market principles including economic aspects
- Good understanding and/or willingness to dive into the EU regulatory requirements in transmission system operation and electricity market
- Knowledge of power system simulation and/or optimization software tools (e.g. Power Factory, Gurobi...) is an advantage
- Knowledge of Business Process Modelling standards and Requirements Engineering is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Team spirit and communication skills.
- Very good communication & interpersonal/intercultural skills.
