This is what your day will look like
- Execution of the training and licencing activities internally and with stakeholders
- Organisation of group and individual trainings based on Business Unit's / organisational needs
- Organisation and execution of internal and external trainings with stakeholders
- Align with internal/external customers to determine training/resource requirements and build training conceptual proposals
- Align all training activities with the operational service portfolio of TSCNET in line with the relevant guidelines and regulations
- Participate / Execute product trainings for customers
- Collaborate with other regional security coordinators operations training teams
You come with
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Systems Engineering
- Experience in TSOs business or businesses related to TSOs
- Good knowledge of electrical power grid fundamentals and operation
- Good knowledge of electricity market principles including capacity calculation methodologies
- Understanding of power system grid modelling, data formats used and load-flow analysis
- Good knowledge on operation-related regulatory background
- Deep knowledge on training tools and practices
- Deep knowledge on learning and development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good to have: Experience in organization and execution of trainings
