As one of the leading Regional Coordination Centre (RCCs), we and our partners, provide integrated services to 16 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) and their control centers in 12 European countries. Our network security assessment and capacity calculation procedures, play an incremental role in securing the operational security of the European power system every hour of the day, around the clock.

This is what your day will look like

As an (Senior) Agile Coach, you are the key driver and guardian of the agile transformation across the organization. You take end-to-end ownership for establishing, scaling, and continuously evolving an agile mindset, frameworks, and ways of working—ensuring they are deeply embedded, understood, and lived across all departments. You operate across strategic, leadership, and delivery levels, combining senior-level transformation ownership with hands-on coaching close to teams and daily delivery. Through this, you directly contribute to faster value delivery, continuous improvement, and organizational adaptability.  

Your main responsibilities
  • Drive the company-wide introduction of agile ways of working through hands-on coaching and the embedding of new collaboration, prioritization, and decision-making patterns into daily work
  •  Establish and evolve a coherent agile framework, balancing consistency with contextual adaptation across teams and departments 
  • Enable ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement by shifting mindsets from plan-driven execution to learning- and value-driven delivery 
  • Enable leaders and managers to adopt agile leadership behaviors, supporting empowerment, ownership, and effective decision-making 
  • Work closely with Product Owners and key roles to establish clear priorities, realistic planning, and an effective backlog as a central steering instrument 
  • Apply agile principles pragmatically and responsibly, taking into account existing structures, regulatory constraints, and a hybrid hardware/software environment 
  • Identify, make visible, and actively help remove organizational and operational impediments that slow down delivery or decision-making 
  • Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and executive roles, supporting decision-making throughout the agile transformation
  •  Establish feedback loops and indicators to assess progress and sustainability of the agile transformation 

You come with

  • University degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role 
  • Proven experience driving or significantly contributing to an organization-wide agile transformation 
  • Agile-related certifications are a strong advantage 
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams 
  • Strong background in coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and conflict management 
  • Ability to influence without formal authority and navigate diverse stakeholder interests 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both teams and senior stakeholders 
  • Analytical, structured, and pragmatic problem-solving approach 
  • Self-driven, proactive, and outcome-oriented working style 
  • Solid understanding of modern software development practices is a plus 
  • Strong interest in technical topics and modern software development, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and product teams 
  • High quality standards and strong ownership for product and delivery excellence 
  • Fluent in English
