Who we are
We are a truly international team and proud to play a central role in securing the electricity supply for Europe. As one of the leading Regional Coordination Centre (RCCs), we and our partners, provide integrated services to 16 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) and their control centers in 12 European countries. Our network security assessment and capacity calculation procedures, play an incremental role in securing the operational security of the European power system every hour of the day, around the clock.

This is what your day will look like
- Managing the Function "Legal, Regulatory Affairs & Compliance" with a team of three In-House Legal Counsels
- Providing legal support to TSCNET Managing Directors an Business Units, particularly in the areas of Energy Law and Regulations, Compliance, Procurement Law, Contracts and disputes which are relevant for the company
- Negotiating contracts with business partners
- Coordinating the cooperation with external legal consultants
You come with
- Fully qualified as a lawyer in Germany
- An LL.M. and and PhD would be an advantage
- Specialization on EU and national energy and regulatory law would be a plus
- More than ten years experience in a similar role, ideally gained at an international law firm or in a company in the energy sector
- Previous experience in energy, procurement, compliance and IT contract law
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and manage a small team
- Stakeholder management
- Business fluent in English
