Who we are
We are a truly international team and proud to play a central role in securing the electricity supply for Europe. As one of the leading Regional Coordination Centre (RCCs), we and our partners, provide integrated services to 16 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) and their control centers in 12 European countries. Our network security assessment and capacity calculation procedures, play an incremental role in securing the operational security of the European power system every hour of the day, around the clock.

This is what your day will look like
- Provide on-site and remote 1st and 2nd level support on client devices running Windows, Mac OS and IOS for (±100) internal employees.
- Utilize MDM tools (Baramundi/Intune/JAMF) to manage client devices
- Support and manage user accounts and security access through Active Directory (on premises and Azure)
- Support and maintain general office IT infrastructure (desk cabling, monitors, printers etc.)
- Work with our HelpDesk / Ticketing system (JIRA, ServiceNow)
- Provide training to employees with varying degrees of technical skills, at all levels of the organization
- Proactively identify issues or opportunities for improvement
- Participating in various IT projects whilst contributing to develop standards, processes, and procedures
You come with
- A passion for IT and a desire to execute positive change
- Relevant previous work experience, vocational training and/or university degree, in the field of IT
- Proven (2+ years) service desk or IT administration experience
- Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS) and popular client applications (i.e. MS Office incl. MS Teams)
- Good knowledge of MS Active Directory and the maintenance of user accounts as well as the management of access rights (incl. GPOs)
- Good knowledge of IT Networking and basic knowledge of ITIL processes
- Independent, reliable way of working, high motivation and hands-on mentality
- Very good written and spoken English (German would be a plus)
