Service Delivery Management:
  • Being accountable and responsible for the delivery of one or several IT services (Application & Infrastructure) and managing them throughout their lifecycle.
  • Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, performance, and support of software applications, ensuring their continuous availability and efficient operation to meet user and business needs. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT service delivery processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Accountable for managing the vendor lifecycle activities, including RFP process, vendor contract negotiations, and vendor performance management.
  • Budget planning and cost optimization.
Incident and Problem Management:
  • Support the resolution of incidents and problems related to IT systems and services, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on users and maintaining the agreed SLA / OLA.
Change and Release Management:
  • Play the role of a Change Manager and assist in managing the change and release processes, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and governance.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service delivery processes and related procedures.
  • Regular reporting on critical success factors and key performance indicators.
Technology Evaluation and Selection:
  • Support the evaluation of new technologies, tools, and platforms to determine their suitability for adoption.
Requirements Analysis:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

Du verfügst über die folgenden Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Hands on experience in application and infrastructure support including knowledge of the underneath architecture.
  • Strong understanding and several years of hands-on experience in IT Service delivery operations using ITIL framework. Familiarity with frameworks like COBIT, or ISO/IEC 20000 are a plus.

  • Proficiency in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with IT service management tools like ServiceNow & Jira and CMDB are a plus.
  • ITIL certification (Foundation level) is mandatory. TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect etc. are desirable.
